From Teavana

Prepare to receive the royal pineapple treatment. The mainland melts away as the warmth of pineapple sunshine filtersthrough a canopy of fragrant orange blossoms. You’re on island time now.

Pineapple and citrus infusion with light floral undertones

Use 1.5-2 tsp of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to just at boiling (208 degrees/98 degrees Celsius) and steep for 5-6 minutes. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.

Ingredients: Apple pieces, candied pineapple pieces (pineapple, sugar), natural and artificial flavoring, rose blossom leaves, rosebuds, marigold blossoms, orange blossoms

Smells impressive, like a little bit of an overripe pineapple. I find I have to use a lot of tea to get flavor, seriously cheapo tea from the grocery has more flavor. Three scoops for about two cups pulls it together. Surpsingly pineapple, but there’s some bitter to it. You can steep it again but most of the flavor is gone. Overall, meh. Also to expensive for what it is.

Drank this iced today. I think it does best sweetened, as it tends to be quite tart on its own.

I wasn’t too sure about trying this after looking at some of the other reviews, but I love pineapple and it smelled amazing, so I gave in. I really enjoyed this herbal! Yes, it is sweet, but so is pineapple! I had it hot and think it would be good cold as well.

I tried it both cold and hot and I hated both. My sister-in-law purchased it for me because I mentioned I had discovered my love for Goji Pop. Not aware I was discussing a completely different company, she purchased 200g of this for my Christmas present. I decided to at least try it multiple times maybe I would warm up to it. Nope. Down the drain it went. Then I used the left over to freshen up my shoe cupboard.

Sickening sweet but good as popsicles or iced. I dont think I could ever enjoy this tea hot, just not my style. But makes for a fruity iced tea!

If you like mixing teas this tea is for you! It’s okay on it’s own but it really shines as a support tea. It adds that extra flavour to your main teas.

Combos:
Pineapple Kona Pop + Peach Tranquility = A really nice tropical blend that tastes similar to Five Alive juice. Great iced.

Pineapple Kona Pop + Blueberry Bliss = Fruity and punch like almost. Great iced.

Well cold brewed this was more of an incredibly tart, citrus-y pineapple juice. The tartness kind of gives it an under-ripe pineapple vibe but there’s an underlying sweetness that counters that. I found it more floral than I expected as well. Personally thought it was okay, but could see how it might not be for everyone.

Awful! purely and simply terrible! While this tea smells absolutely divine it is far from that.

So initially I had my hopes for this sweet and savory smelling tea, it sounded and smelled like an excellent idea. The tea itself does taste okay, but it has a strange fruit taste to it. It was passable, until I drank some more.

This tea makes me feel (in a way I can only describe as this:), “barfy”. Perhaps this is only me and my stomach, but when I drink the tea, a sort of weight/chunkiness feeling arrives in my stomach. I feel nauseous as though I have thrown up. It is a weird and disgusting feeling.

I will be returning this tea as soon as possible.
