Thanks KeenTeaThyme
I cold brewed this. It smells WONDERFUL. It even tastes Great, too!
I can taste all of the elements – here – Strawberry, Blueberry. Lemonade! YUM! I don’t think I would like it as much HOT but cold brewed is certainly the way to go with this one! It also has a mysterious tingle to it…almost like bubbly – sparkling grape juice type tingle. It’s unusual but neat!

I am speechless. This tea is beyond amazing! I’m not super surprised; I love both Blueberry Bliss and Strawberry Lemonade, so of course I’d like the blend. I was worried it would be too tart, so I did add some Sun Crystals and I think that does the trick! The tartness is balanced by the sweetness, I think. (Of course I’m addicted to sugar…so I may be slightly biased.)

I’m going to resteep the leaves, which is what I’d do with the strawberry lemonade… And I bet this tastes just as kick-ass iced. I’ll have to try that at home. In fact I’m bringing this home from work to enjoy in the comfort of my own home…and away from any coworkers who may want to share. ;)

Backlogging:

Made this the “real” way to make iced tea (with ice instead of cold brew). I made this before Swampwater and I gotta say, when comparing it with that one, I had to drop the rating a bit. It seemed too tart for me; I ended up adding some Splenda, which I hate to do, but it was either sacrifice my tea principles or dump it…and I couldn’t bear to dump the little pistol-shaped ice cubes. Turns out the only tea I can drink multiple cups of from Teavana and not lose total respect for the company is the chai blend.

This is a great treat for the afternoon, since it’s low in caffeine (if it has any caffeine). It’s tart and sweet at the same time, a task hard to replicate (believe me, I’ve tried). I love anything blueberry and anything strawberry so naturally this is a perfect fit.

Terrific iced too – but today I’m sticking with hot tea for the cool office. :) YUMS!

This is one of my favorite summer teas. I always drink this one over ice. The blueberry and strawberry flavors mix really well together and make for a burst of flavor with each sip. I hope Teavana keeps these two teas around for a long time.

Another tea puzzle! Strawberry Lemonade was a nice tea, and I adore Blueberry Bliss. So then why does this tea come out generic and bland to me? Honestly it didn’t stand out at all. I made it iced, cold steeped with agave. I know this was a fresh bag, too, so I have no idea why it futzed out. Next time I’ll stick with straight Bliss.

This almost overtakes Pineapple Kona Bliss as my favorite summer time tea. In a cup, it’s a vibrant shade of pink/red, and at first sip, it’s pleasant. This is a tea that’s obviously meant to be iced and sweetened. Plain and hot, it’s a downer of a drink but still tasty. All I can taste is blueberry and the tang of lemon.

Sweetened with ice, the interplay of lemon and strawberry is more noticeable, the blueberry flavor is less cloying, and all around, it’s a sweet and fun drink in the summer.

I give her the sample, and I tell her it is more for the kids because it is heavily sweetened and caffeine free. I’m not supposed to tell her this, but this is the cheapest sample that we offer, and if she decides to buy it, it will drop the number on my sale from her. Lucky for me, she buys into it. I ask her what her favorite sample is, and she says that it is the Youthberry/Wild Orange blend. I tell her that I will meet her on the other side of the counter.
I move quickly here. Leaving a customer waiting is like leaving a fishing pole unattended. I grab the two tea bins and set them in front of the counter for her. I romanticize the heck out of them, making them seem even more enticing and worthy of her money. I do not tell her to look at the high fruit-to-tea ratio in the Youthberry, nor do I point out the prominent presence of cheap apple pieces in the Wild Orange Blossom tisane. I especially do not tell her that all of the dried fruits have been sucked dry of health benefits when they were dried. Dare I mention the fact that these teas do not smell anything like REAL oranges or berries? Should I confide in her that I suspect Teavana of using artificial flavors in their teas (the company only claims not to use artificial colors, and the ingredients list of 90% of the teas indicate the use of “flavoring,” not saying whether it is artificial or natural), and that all she smells is an illusion? No, the salesperson in me really really really wants to make a BIG sale at this point, so I am easily able to ignore my qualms. I talk about the POUND discount. She buys into it and buys a half pound of each. I’m not done here, though, the sale could be bigger. I mention one more thing to her, trying to squeeze every last penny out of her pocket…

delicious. It took me many frustrating tries to get the combination down perfectly but now that I’ve got it I’ve had to brew a whole pot’s worth nearly every day since I’ve been drinking it like water.

This is probably my favorite tea! I always have it on hand and force myself to drink one of the other 65 teas in my collection! I can’t seem to get it as strong as they do in the store, no matter how much I use, but I still LOVE it!!

I recently bought this tea and like it a lot! It’s a very nice blend with the flavors balanced. I have had this both iced and hot and I like both equally. I think this would be a perfect drink in warmer weather.

This blend is absolutely delicious. It’s particularly good as an iced tea, with a touch of sugar.
