The 4th selection from Teavana’s Green Tea Essentials box set. In my opinion, the better pf the two mint teas in the box. This one is more similar to the higher grade mint teas I have tried, but there is still something not quite right. The flavors just mix a little too much, resulting in a sort of bland mesh of green tea and mint. The flavors don’t shine on their own, and there is almost a sour taste to it.

I would say, much like the rest of the Teavana selections I have tried, that they are better than the low and mid grade grocery store boxed teas, and on par with the higher quality grocery store stuff.

I guess I just expect more from a tea house that calls itself high quality, high grade tea. Not super impressed.

Brewed this beauty with a touch of clover honey for some added sweetness this morning. On its own, this tea isn’t particularly sweet, and its flavor is smooth, somewhat smokey mint. The smokey flavor works well with the bold mint taste, and I like this mint tea because it doesn’t have the sometimes overwhelming sharpness present in peppermint teas. This tea tastes more natural and vegetal, and while it is not a complex tea, the flavors are good and I find this brew to be very calming.

Had tummy problems all day so one cup of this was all I had, a serious cut back from what I usually have! I’ve made this many times before and it always tasted bitter and burned when I made it and I think it was because my water was too hot because my roommate made this cup for me and she actually checked the temp. and it was awesome! I’ll be keeping this one around for sour tummy days to come.

I liked this green tea. I thought that the mint might be over powering but I was wrong. It’s not my favorite tea and I probably won’t replace it. But I’ll enjoy what I do have.

Very light on mint flavor. Primarily just a pleasant smooth green taste. No bitterness that I can detect; I have read that others have found this tea bitter, but I have also read that can happen if steeped much longer than one minute.

Just a hot, gentle, refreshing taste.

Wanted to try this when I was the shop last week, then I remember I had some. It smells nicely minty. The flavour is kinda bland though. Perhaps I made it wrong (or let it cool too much during my shower), but I prefer plain mint herbals.

This is a great after dinner tea. It might keep me up, but I need to be up working anyway. I’m not much for green tea, but I really like it like this, in combination with mint. I had a Moroccan Mint for the first time at a little coffee shop in Bethesda a couple of weekends ago. There, I had it iced, which I highly recommend. This one by Teavana is pretty similar from what I remember. I like how the green tea grounds the mint and gives it more dimension and I like how the mint is super refreshing. That is all :-) Thanks, carol who for sending this to me!

I used to live in morocco and had tea daily, and since then never order because I assume I will be miserable about it. I winged it and ordered this and am obsessed. It is about as perfect as I can imagine pre-packaged. If someone knows a better one know !

THis wasn’t too bad. Nice mint flavor, but no hint of green tea whatsoever. I kept it iced during the summer. It was refreshing cold.

I love this tea. I’m not a huge green fan, yet this seems tolerable. It’s got a nice minty taste. This tea is perfect for when you are sick. Add a little lemon and honey, makes you feel right as rain. :). It’s nice when you are not sick either , haha.
