Extremely malty tea. I actually found this quite disappointing. The maltiness is quite unpleasant, and I found that it didn’t re-brew well at all. I am passing this along to someone who might appreciate it more.
One of the finest black teas in the world, this tea combines the malty flavor of Ceylon, with the strength of Assam, and the complexity of China black. (SFTGFOP-1)(Extra Special)
How to Prepare
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 195-205 degrees and steep for 2-3 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
Pure black tea (single estate).
