Fruit Herbal Rooibos Blend by Teavana
A fruit filled mélange of health is brewed up with this combination of a fruity herbal tea and green rooibos from South Africa. Rooibos is a caffeine free herb that is very high in antioxidants, acts as an antispasmodic, aids in digestion, is great for skin, helps reduce allergies, and is full of vitamins and minerals. This combination is comprised of Rooibos, lemongrass, apple bits, pomegranate pieces, strawberries, raspberries, citrus peel, and a selection of flower petals, rosehips and hibiscus. This blend is wonderful as a hot or iced tea.
How to Prepare
Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to boiling (208 degrees) and steep for 5-6 minutes. 4oz of tea equals 50-60 teaspoons.Ingredients:
Green rooibos, strawberry, raspberry, elderberry, apples pomegranate bits, cherry, kiwi, passionfruit pieces, lemongrass, cardamom, citrus peels, rosehips, red rose petals, hibiscus, pomegranate flowers and blue mallow flowers.
