My Breville came today, My Breville came today!!!!!!! Happy dance when I saw the brown box on my front porch today!!! Ok I have calmed down and decided to try it out. This is the first tea I made… I couldn’t decide which tea to make so I just closed my eyes and grabbed a tin and this was it. LOL I enjoy this tea hot or iced. Good peach flavor! Now I have to sit down and read the manual to see how to set this baby to auto start.

I had this iced and mixed with Teavana’s Jasmine Dragon Pearls and the two go together very nicely. For this great mixing ability I am going to up my rating :-)

This tea is very smooth and light tasting. When I open the bag the peach scent smacks me in my nose, but it’s nowhere near that strong once steeped. The white tea is delicate and the peach is more of an accent, very nice and comforting tea, but be careful about the water temp. and how long you steep it or it will become very bitter!

Did a full pot of this one tonight since I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to have to do multiple trips to the kettle. This tea is delicate, almost extremely so. I suspect that that’s why the use the word precious in the name.

Dry the leaves look pretty average, with chunks of various things added, although none looked extremely peach-y. Once brewed the leaves were still not completely unfurled, which surprised me. I’m not one to do a multiple steep on non-oolong teas, but I may try with this one just to see.

The smell of the tea is definitely peach, and a lovely version of the fruit. I drank this one unsweetened, and didn’t once feel that sweetener was needed. First cup was definitely a lovely light peach flavour in a light yellow tea. The peach was more prominent as the cup cooled.

Second cup (from the same pot) was less peachy, I’m not sure if it was because I’d become accustomed to the flavour or something else, but it was definitely less.

Third cup I let cool, and there was the peach again. I think I’ll do an iced tea next time with what I have left of this one. The peach I hoped for when I got this one is definitely more prominent in cooler temperatures.

Another tea from the snobbery session. (I’m going to call them that, I just love how it sounds.)

This tea smells so much like peaches. And then you make it and drink it and it tastes exactly like it smells and it’s so good! The peach is very strong and delicious, but just short of overwhelming — I think it would be just as good or maybe even better as an iced tea. There is chamomile evident, and also something floral — rose, maybe? And the tea adds a bit of flavor also. All of that just tempers the peachy awesomeness.

And I’m so excited because the BFF gave me a bit of this when she bought it, and I still have some left. And leftover scones. I know what I’m doing for breakfast.

(Unfortunately, I’m not sure how long she brewed it — I know it tasted better than when I’ve made it at home, but my water’s a lot harder and also grosser, so I’m not sure how much was just due to water quality.)

I bought this tea while at the mall on an errand for a friend. I thought that I needed a nice herbal tea for unwinding. Little did I know that a peach orchard lay waiting in a tin in a store that was a few doors down…

The tea is sweet, and smooth. It smells strongly of peaches and lemon but the taste is just unique. It is warming, welcoming, and I really wish I could afford to have several cups of this a day.

This tea is a great way to unwind. I don’t have too many decaf teas right now. The smell of this tea reminds me of summer. The peach smell is very prominent. After brewing, it still smells like peaches, but takes on more floral notes. The same is with the flavor. It is just a nice treat. I don’t need to add honey to this one.

Wanted something cool and refreshing after spending a few hours out side working on my new bonsai tree (my pet away from my furry one at home). Steeped slightly less than 2 minutes. And threw a bunch of ice cubes in the first cup as i was too impatient to wait for it to cool down.
Havn’t really noticed a change from the last time i drank it. Not really peachy, and i’m afraid i might have burned the leaves again. I really need to get a thermometer once i get to school again.

Smells amazing. Accidently Steeped this too long. At first I didn’t really taste the peach, but now that i’ve thrown a couple of ice cubes in my cup, I get a better taste of peach. I definately think this teas is better iced.

The flavours in the tea blend really well together to enhance the peach. Everything goes very nicely with the white tea and has a very smooth, almost creamy, finish.

I cannot make this tea work. I think it’s the chamomile in it that makes it seem so bitter to me, which is a shame because it smells absolutely amazing.

I just bought this tea yesterday and was excited to try it because I love peaches! The tea smells amazing! The flavor is light and peachy.

Overall, I like this tea, however I think that I would like it much more if it had a little more of that peach flavor.

I love me a tea that tastes like peaches, and this is no exception.

Makes a nice, pale yellow tea. Very mellow and smooth. Can stand up to sweetening.

So follow the brewing instructions to the letter. I made the mistake of using very hot water and is tasted like ashes! Once I bought a thermometer, it made all the difference in the world. It’s a good tea, a little artificial though…

The only previous experience I have with Peach “Tea” was a blossoming flower tea and didn’t really suit my taste. However, this white tea with peach is very subtle and is much more to my liking. The peach flavor does not overwhelm the tea and is definitely on my “recommend” list. BTW, it went well with cookie this afternoon.

Tried this yesterday after loving the white peach sample I got from another company. Not enough peach for me in the flavor.

Light and Peachy. I over steeped a little but it’s still nice.

been drinking the yummy tea lately.

Dry tea has peach pieces, a so-so aroma, and yes — a goodly number of buds. Steeped 1.5 tsp in 8 oz at 180F for 1:15 min. I tasted it at 1 min — any longer and it would have been too bitter. Yikes! Really blah flavor; dumped first cup. Resteep went 5 min without bitterness, but there was obvious staleness in both aroma and flavor, I have to say. No more tea swaps in mid-Summer, I guess. This tea shipped to me in weather so hot that the truck probably exceeds 130F for hours on end. It’s a doggone chicken-fried shame!

This tea is so soothing. I love drinking it after a long day; it’s sweet, soft and calming.
