Oolong Tea by Tekoe
Chinese Oolong from Chuan Yuan in the Fujian area. Excellent tea, with a unique taste due to a secret process mixing cream and Oolong. Sweet and very pleasant, it tastes and smells like butter or a beautiful piece of pastry.
I like the much unusual “butter” taste and also the longevity of the product, together with its variations along usage since one pinch in a teaspoon can be re-used several times.
Personnally, I let each portion infuse about 3 times: my daily consumption for a 8-hours day at the office!
