From the Fujian Province of Eastern China. This is a mixture of both green and white tea leaves hand crafted in to round balls and tied with thread. When the ball is steeped, it gently unfurls to reveal a red Chrysanthemum flower at its centre. The liquor is light and bright with a delicate jasmine aroma and flavour.
