Black Tea; very spicy with mixture of clove, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Fennel and orange peels.
Leaves are very fine and baked like to being crusty and roasted even.
It is recommended for brewing to bring water to full boil, approx. 212 Fahrenheit. Measure one level tsp. of loose tea into the infuser for each cup. Pour prepared water over tea and steep for 4-5 minutes. Re-infuse a second time!
