The deliciously soft jasmine taste and light, yellow tone in this delicate oolong tea come from the quality Jasmine leaves and blossoms. The Jasmine flowers are picked early in the day, when the petals are tightly closed, and stored in a cool place until night. The flowers then bloom with a full fragrance during the night. These are then layered over high quality leaves during the scenting process. The result is a delicate oolong tea with a light yellow tone and deliciously soft jasmine taste.

How to prepare: Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water. Heat water to 85°C (180°F). Steep tea for 2 minutes.
