Description of Tea:
Milk Oolong produces a light yellowish liquor with milky sweet aroma and smooth and sweet lingering taste. It is a special hand processed tea from Taiwan. It is produced from tea leaves at certain time, temperature, altitude, soil conditions to get the milky silky texture. The best varieties are naturally processed and not scented.

Unique Characteristics:
Milk tea is a green oolong about 30-35% oxidized.

BEFORE STEEPING
Leaf Aroma: Milky, sweet
Leaf Dyness: Dry
Leaf Color: Dark green
Leaf Texture: Pliable
Leaf Size, Shape: Tightly curled tea leaves rolled into 1/4 inch balls.

AFTER STEEPING
Tea Aroma: Milky, buttery.
Tea Color: Light yellow
Tea Taste: Light milk flavor and a round finish; smooth mouth feel.
