This is lighter than I was expecting. Need to experiment with it a bit more I think. I added some milk… might try it black next time.

Hitting the spot this afternoon… I am so tired… hopefully this will help get me through the evening.
This is much nicer with a shorter steep time, drunk black. I can taste the Assam a bit more this way. Lovely strong colour even at only 3 minutes.
Made it a bit stronger. Maltier flavour but still not great with milk. I thought Scottish Breakfast was meant to be even stronger than Irish? Not this one. Ah well. Will steep for shorter time and drink black next time I try this.
