This long jing (dragon well) is also from the Xi Hu area of HangZhou, zhejiang province. It differs from our premium grade because this does not consist of only the buds, it has more leaves than our premium Dragon Well but for first time buyers of this tea, this is a great starter because it has the scent and similar to our premium grade. But if you compare the two, you will be able to distinguish the difference.

Temperature: 170 – 185F, Heated; Use: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of water; Infusion time: 2-3 minutes.
