A delicious and showy tea to impress your guests, this China green tea is hand tied into a tight ball. When you brew it, a lovely little amaranth blossom emerges, tied on a string. A smooth and gentle green tea, great for evenings. Use one ball per cup and steep 5 minutes until the flower emerges. For best effect, brew each ball in a glass cup or mug and do not remove the tea – instruct your guests to pay attention to the subtle changes in flavor as the tea continues to brew.
