“Silver Needles” are held to be one of the finest teas in the world. The unopened buds of the dabai bush are long and thin and covered by white down. The drink is pale yellow, with a slight orange tint. The smell is fresh and flowery and the sweet tea leaves a long-lasting aftertaste reminiscent of summer.
Steep at 60–70 C for 15min.
