From thepuriTea

Assam, India is renowned for producing full-flavored, malty black teas. Our Assam Black Tea No. 1 is no exception. Its small, charcoal black leaves hold bold aromas that hint at the flavors unlocked during steeping. The clear, copper-red brew is equally aromatic, emitting fragrances of malt, flowers and spice. Likewise, the flavor includes notes of flowers, tilled earth, minerals, warming spices, baked apples and, of course, malt. A balanced, refreshing aftertaste and a smooth, mellow second infusion keep the flavors of Assam No. 1 coming long after the first sip is gone. Try it with or without milk and sugar, or pair it with your favorite breakfast foods (like mushroom or ham quiche), afternoon tea sweets of all kinds or grilled lamb over couscous.
