Brewed at 90°C in a small teapot (20cl).
4 brews : 30s – 45s – 60s – 2’00.
I tried putting more leaves than usual and the jasmin after taste was very present in the first brew.

Oolong from dong ding with a flowery smell and taste.
Light jasmine after taste.
