Concentrate – Black Tea and Spices
Yum yum yum! This is my second cup of this today. I’m starting to realize just how dangerous these concentrates can be – they make having a chai so easy that I drink twice as many!
This one is fairly even-tempered – gently spiced as opposed to the spicy ginger. I personally prefer the spicy ginger because I like my chai on the spicier side, but this one is really good, and reminds me a lot of a coffee house chai latte. (only better because I didn’t have to go to the coffee house to enjoy it!)
Over the past week or so I have been tinkering with this interesting product! It’s a concentrate and I used equal parts concentrate and milk. It has a creamy spicy perfume type smell to it and I have enjoyed both hot and cold versions of this. It’s more milkier or creamy or latte-like than I thought it would be but that is alright. The spices are certainly there and take a few seconds after the initial sip to ‘kick in’ but once you taste those spices they are fairly spicy.
After spending some time with this I have decided that I do like it just fine and dandy.
