From Tienxi

“Yunnan Large-Leaf Black Tea” is normally called “Dian Hong” in China. “Dian Hong” translates literally as Yunnan Red. “Dian” is the short name for the Yunnan region and “Hong” means “red (tea)”. A special character of Yunnan black tea is its high aroma with both floral and fruity notes. This tea is made from fresh young leaves and some golden colored buds to create a bright red tea color with a rich sweet taste.

This can be a BIG tea if you let it. Big, black, bitter roasted flavors. Put it in a ring against coffee, and it would make coffee its … pet. Next time will try gongfu style to get more out of it.
