From Tip Top Tea

From the same Estate as our Yunnan Black, comes this superior Gong Fu quality. Composed of longer twisted black leaves with a far greater abundance of golden tips, the infusion takes on a more exquisite refined flavour, with greater caramel sweetness to the malty flavour. Suitable for multiple infusions, this high quality keeps on giving.

Origin: Feng Qing County, Yunnan Province, China

Cultivar: Mengku Da Ye (big leaf) cultivar

Strength: 3.5/5, Astringency: 1/5, Sweetness: 4/5

Vanilla, nutty, cream soda this tea is easily good for 5 steeps. Tend to prefer it brewed a bit cooler so that all the sweet nuttiness and vanilla aromas come out.
