Ok, so there might be a little too much cinnamon oil in this than is appropriate, but i don’t care! I love cinnamon! I prepare it like a masala chai, bring to a boil in a sauce pan with water, milk, and sugar. If you want to tone it down a bit, just add some plain black tea, though I don’t know why you would want to do that!
