Premium Version – Cold infusion
Ingredients – serves two
· Treasure Green X.O. Charcoaled Oolong Tea 1 tbsp
· Bombay Sapphire Gin 5 tbsp
· Bitter 3 to 4 drops
· Crème de Cassis De Dijon 1 tsp
Directions
· Steep for ½ hour
· Shake mix and tea with Ice and serve in your favorite marteani glassMedium Strength
Ingredients – serves four
· Using the same tea leaves from cold infusion
· Add 5 tbsp of hot water [85 – 90 C]
Directions
· Infuse 25 to 30 seconds
· Chill tea
· Mix both tea from hot and cold infusions and shake over ice
