I cold-brewed this yesterday, and was surprised to find that I like it more this way (I usually stick to fruity teas and tisanes for cold brewing). It brought out more of the flavor, and one of the things that bugs me the most about this tea is how bland it usually is.

I can’t believe I totally forgot to log this! Well, this is a beautiful tea. It leans to the darker side, but has some bright notes. It smelled a lot darker than I thought it would when I opened the bag. It was only a dollar per ounce though, so it was a great deal anyway. I thought it was okay.
