The black current flavour was prominent, fruity, and sweet. I liked the tanicity of the black tea. It had a lot of flavour but was not astringent or bitter like some bagged teas.
I steepedfor 4 minutes in just-under-boiling-temperature water and it came out a lovely roasted amber colour. I also really like how fragrant the teabag is dry and while steeping. The whole room smelled like sweet black current while I was drinking it. The only drawback for me was that it is best with 1-2 steeps only, and a prefer my teas to do several steeps.
