From Twinings

Darjeeling is a town and district lying in the Shiwalik Hills in the Southern Himalayas, within the Indian state of West Bengal, lying approximately 6000 feet above sea level. Darjeeling has a tiny annual production of only 10,000 tonnes and its tea is highly prized. This is a lovely blend of the finest 2nd harvest teas.

First tea of the morning. I’m glad I chose a black, because I’d already had my first two visitors before I’d even taken my coat off. Sipdown on this one! I’ve got three other samples from this pack to finish, but this has been nice. Sweet, peachy, clean, fresh. Sad to see it go.
