This selection yields a dark, coppery-color cup with a complex flavor profile, dominated by a compelling wintergreen note. The liquor has a gentle astringency and light, lingering sweetness. While the classic Uva flavor is best enjoyed plain, this selection will accommodate the addition of a small amount of milk.

Ooooh! It’s super dark in color but not as strong as it look taste-wise. It’s malty but not crusty or bready. It’s sort of creamy. It has a refreshing aspect to it too. Maybe even a spec of pine or sage and mint – not sure – but something refreshing, that is!
