Thank you TeaEqualsBliss for sending me a bit of this tea. It’s a nice Golden Nepal … it has a very bright flavor … nice wine-like finish. Sweet. I didn’t get the chocolate notes that my Sister experienced, but, I’m enjoying it nonetheless. This tastes more like a Darjeeling to me than a tea that would offer chocolate-y notes, although it has a richer taste and a thicker body than I’m used to from a Darjeeling.

Overall, a pleasant cuppa, but probably not one I’d stock up on.

This smells like ‘crusty/cocoa’. It intrigues me!

I used a bit more than I should have, tho…Oops!

It’s burly and bold and tastes like a combo of dark chocolate, crust, a solid black tea, and a hint of bitterness but in a good way!

You know…I really like this! A mighty fine cuppa!

This tea steeps to a bright amber color. It has an underlying sweetness and a fruity taste. This tea is very mellow and smooth with no astringency or bitterness.

Pretty good! You don’t want to use as much tea as they say, but half that amount and 3 min infusion turns out a great cup…
