I really enjoyed this this morning. Work is crazy busy so I will update this tonight when i get a chance to resteep it. So far, I would consider reordering this for sure.

This selection, popularly known as “Sun Moon Lake Tea” or “Ruby Tea”, is manufactured by hand in very limited quantities. The leaves are fully oxidized, and have a large, attractive appearance. The liquor is very smooth and without a trace of bitterness. The flavor is both refined and complex, with notes of mint, cinnamon and malt sugar.
Steeping Suggestions: –
Leaf Quantity: 2¼ g/cup
Water Temp: 212° (boiling)
Steep Time: 4-5 min.
