“chai” is hindi for tea, but outside of india, it often means indian-style spiced milk tea. our cha cha chai takes this tea tradition up a notch in terms of spice and quality. its enticing array of spices is comprised of two types of cardamom, rich cloves, spicy-sweet cinnamon sticks, fiery ginger, and piquant black peppercorns. this exotic blend balances perfectly with cha cha chai’s black tea leaves, a hint of the sweetener of your choice and a shot of creamy milk (or soymilk, or rice milk, or whatever else you care to use). oh, and did we mention it’s organic? at urbàna, we chill out over a cup of cha cha chai that has been brewed double-strength, cooled, then blended with soymilk, ice and a drop or two of tupelo honey. delicious.

212 degrees / 2 tbsp. per 12 oz. / 5-7 minutes
