Jade oolong is an internationally prized, lightly-oxidized taiwanese oolong. the golden-green brew’s flavor evolves with each successive infusion, changing as the tightly-rolled leaves gradually uncoil to reveal notes of lilac, fresh fruit, butter, gardenia… we relish this classic oolong’s captivating complexity hot or gently chilled.
Brewing Instructions:
195 degrees / 1 tsp. per 8 oz. / 3-4 minutes
