This tea is part of Li Xiangxi’s Reserve Collection, selected by her family to best represent Tongmu and the heritage of Wuyishan. Li Xiangxi grows this Rou Gui varietal in her high elevation valley above the Tongmu Gorge where mist settles between the peaks and protects the tender tea leaves from sunlight. Growing among wild bamboo, orange trees and flowers, this Rou Gui picks up a complex aroma. Li Xiangxi’s light roast process preserves the natural flavors of the tea and the land. very spicy – cinnamon, camphor
