Direct Infusion Brewing: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces of 200ºF water for 6 minutes.
Tea Infuser Spoon Brewing: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces of 200ºF water for 7 minutes.
