Zen Master

Yea I really wanted this one! OK I’m sure it has something to do with my interest in Buddhism so that is kind of pretentious but oh well. :)

I feel a sore throat coming on which sucks because I really don’t want to get sick. I’m enjoying this blend a lot though, thinking the eucalyptus might be good for a sore throat. The smoky gunpowder has some nice pine notes and I feel like I should be out in the woods hanging with the druids or something. A nice blend! I might have oversteeped this a bit but I think it’s still good.

I am back! I was back last night actually and had half a cup of tea at like 1 in the morning but I don’t feel like logging it haha im still trying to catch up on sleep.. Vegas was pretty sweet! Had some heat stroke one day from being dehydrated from no tea probably haha but other than that it was awesome. Definitely going back!

Anyways, onto tea!! When I was away my whispering Pines and verdant orders arrived! Woot! So I am having a lovely cup of this as my first official cup back. It is refreshing and energizing and the eucalyptus gives an interesting flavor! I will do a more in depth review later haha im just enjoying this cup and relaxing today. Happy to be back with my teas and on steepster :)

That’s all I can say about this tea, it’s fantastic! The scent of Eucalyptus overwhelms you (in a GOOD way) and floats you off onto a distant, blissful planet. This tea wasn’t for waking up for me personally, it’s for relaxing. Even though this tea has Yerba Mate, this tea relaxes me and allows all of those pleasant ‘feel good feelings’ to go through me while I sit and relax. I may be a little weird though, because caffeine has the opposite effect on me then it does on other people. Caffeine makes me relaxed and SLEEPY! So that could be why this tea relaxes me. Nonetheless, this tea is very good and I’d recommend it!
