Love this tea with a little honey & dash of cream. This is definitely one of my favorite black teas so far!
American Breakfast
American Breakfast is a White Heron Tea blend of Organic, Fair Trade certified loose black teas from India and Nepal. The blend is reminiscent of an English Breakfast style black tea, but with more character and subtlety than most.
Full bodied and delicious with or without milk. For those who take their black tea straight, one will find it easy to produce a lighter, flavorful cup without astringency. Those who like a strong cup will be equally inspired!
1 teaspoon tea per 8 oz of water.
For the best tasting tea, use spring water or filtered water. The quality of the water is as important as the tea itself. American Breakfast is best steeped for 3-5 minutes at between 205-212F.
