From Whittard of Chelsea

Qi Lan Oolong Tea is stronger tasting than most oolongs with a honey-like sweetness that makes it perfect for drinking after a rich meal.

Oolongs are half way between a black and green tea. This long leafed dark oolong tea comes from the Wu Yi mountains and its name means ‘Rare Orchid’. It is high roasted for a strong taste, and is perfectly balanced with a dark smoky taste and sweet honey notes. Gold winner in the Great Taste Awards, judges loved it, saying “This tea produces a liquor of good colour and great clarity.”

Qi Lan Oolong is a tea to be savoured like a liqueur. Breathing out after each sip reveals the tea’s ‘Hui Gan’ or lingering sweetness.
