Having cured a Chinese emperor of his ills, he named this tea Iron Goddess of Mercy, and it is now one of the most sought after of oolongs. Ours is oxidized in the mid-range, giving it that entertaining property of slight character changes with each subsequent infusion. A most interesting tea.
