From Xavier David

Harvested in minute quanities in the mountains of Yunnan, n th heart of a 1500 year old forest, this tea is made exclusively from yellow buds of ancient, wild tea plants. Steam-roasted, they give its crystalline infusion a taste which combines the fruitiness of a pear and the sweetness of caramel. A tea for special occasions.

Brew 5-7 min at 75 degrees C.

I can’t believe they recommend brewing this for 5-7 minutes. A mild pale yellow green liquid that smells of lightly roasted tea leaves. It has it’s own flavor, definitely not Chinese Green. I’ll have to work on describing it.
