What-ChaThis is my first try at Oolong. So far, I like it. This one is somewhat metallic in flavor, but not in a bad way. I like the way it feels in my mouth. It has an interesting nose, but I can’t quite pin what it is. Outdoorsy after a rain of smell, but not quite that, either. Anyway, I like it smells, I like the way it feels, I like the taste. I’m obviously having a hard time putting this one in words.
