From Yogi Tea

Yogi Tea Himalaya Chai – a timeless formula that brings out the sweetness of fennel seeds, spicy ginger and cozy cinnamon. When you prepare a pot of this wonderful tea it manifests the spirit of the Himalayan mountains directly into your cup. Take a sip before adding your favourite sweetener and/or creamer and let the flavours you taste inspire the perfect proportions.

Ginger (37%), cinnamon, fennel, anise, licorice, coriander.

Add two teaspoons to one liter of boiling water and let steep 10-15 minutes. Filter. Add hot water and sugar to your liking.

*missB sent this one on and i have to say, for a herbal chai it’s not too shabby. I’m a fan of the ingredients and i like the heat that this one has while still being flavourful. there’s a bit of a sweetness here which i suspect comes from the licorice since i seem to be especially sensitive to that sort of sweetness. On the whole though, this was a pretty great cup of herbal chai! thanks missb!
