I purchased this tea 2 years ago in Dunedin, New Zealand (the last cake in the shop). I didn’t like it at first so put it back in the cupboard. About 2 weeks ago I pull it out and brewed a wee pot of it and it taste so much better. I can appreciate the taste more now and love it. My grandsons like it too. Usually we drink Oolong but the Pu’erh tea is a special blend we now enjoy. I am not sure what the water temp was so please ignore that below. I usually brew from the same leaves 4 or 5 times before I throw them out
