2010 Yunnan Sourcing “Yi Dian Hong” Ripe Pu-erh Tea Mini Cake * 100 grams
This year’s “Yi Dian Hong” is somewhat different than last year’s Yi Dian Hong. We used a blend of 2008 fermented Menghai area material to compose this cake. Fermentation level is medium, so this cake still has a little bite to it and more room aging an improvement. The fermented material was stored in Menghai for 2 years before being pressed into these 100 gram mini cakes. The fermentation “dui wei” flavor is mostly dissipated.
