2010 Fancy Tie Guan Yin of Anxi
Fancy Grade Tie Guan Yin is an excellent quality leaf from the teagardens in Anxi County of Fujian province. The tea full of flavor andaroma, smooth but with a bitter-sweet aftertaste. The first infusionshould be used to prepare the leaves and warm the drinking cups. Thisgrade is also referred to as “Grade A” Tie Guan Yin.
