“You Le Qiao Mu” is a classic production produced by CNNP (aka Kunming Tea factory) under the supervision of Mr. Zou Jia Ju then CNNP supervisor. “You Le Qiao Mu” is an interesting and early example of a single-estate tea, the material being entirely early spring picked tea from the mountain of You Le in Xishuangbanna.
The tea itself has been well aged and has no noticeable wet or humid storage characteristics. The tea liquor is golden in color with some reddish hues and the leaves when brewed are a dark dark green color with some brown tones. The tea itself tastes vibrant but lacks most of the vegetal astringency of a young tea while retaining enough You Le essence to make this tea an insightful glimpse into aged single-estate teas.
