2011 Yi Yang "Bai Xing Fu Zhuan" Hunan Black Tea brick
Made by the Yi Yang tea factory in An Hua county of Hunan province. Special traditional fermentation process gives the tea a mellow, sweet and spicy taste. This Fu Zhuan process does not spawn the “Golden Flowers”. An interesting taste that reminds of raw pu-erh and black tea blended together.
