The most famous Japanese tea breed known as Yabukita brought to you in black tea form! Single estate cultivated, processed, and packaged in Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Japan, and holds both JAS and IFOAM certification!

This organic Japanese black tea, made from the Yabukita varietal, makes for a well rounded cup of black tea, and carries similar characteristics to its green tea counterpart with it’s slightly richer refreshing taste, sweet fresh aroma, and clean aftertaste. A perfect example of summer harvested organic Japanese black tea!

Oh, man. I drank this yesterday (or the day before?) and didn’t have any time to log it or my other teas. My memory of it is a bit too vague to properly comment or rate. But, I really liked this and found it delicate but nicely rounded. It was sweet and a little fruity. I much preferred it to the Makurazaki, and this was what I was looking for in the Japanese blacks I ordered.
