An elegantly flavored white tea that blends the light floral notes of white tea leaves with white melon and jasmine flowers. A wonderful hot or iced tea.
Ingredients: 100% Organic long leaf white tea, jasmine blossoms and white melon essence.

This steeped up rather dark for a white tea.
It has a light honey dew taste and a strong earthy taste, which pretty well takes over.
There was some bitterness which may have been a result of a slight over steeping. Darn finicky white tea.
I love the medley of white tea, fragrant jasmine and sweet honeydew. Steep for about 2-3 mins and you’ll be rewarded with a tea reminiscent of spring time. Great to chase away the winter blues.
By far the most predominant feature I picked up in this blend is the unmistakable scent of fermenting apples. Honeydew appears for an instant but then the flavor flattens out. The addition of honey took down the fermented fruit smell but still didn’t leave me with much to recommend it.
