Many times the main ingredient in a tea blend can be mixed with other flavors to create something unique. Other times the signature flavor is so dominating that it is best left alone – like with our Mango Green Tea. The end note of the mango fruit blends so perfectly with the fresh, slightly dry flavor of the green tea we thought it was best to leave it alone- don’t tart up the tea with a lot of other tropical flavors.
This green tea blend is one of our most popular flavored teas, including with families where the kids seem to really enjoy it as an iced tea that doesn’t have all that excess sugar. How to Prepare Mango Green:
Heat water (filtered if possible) to a boil and let it cool to around 180˚F before adding one well rounded teaspoon of loose tea per cup (apprx. 8 ounces). Infuse for 4–5 minutes depending on taste preference. Delicious as a hot or iced tea that requires no additional sweetening.
