Tropical Coconut
perfect combination of a fresh, light green bao zhong oolong tea with natural coconut flavor warmed with a subtle note of roasted lemongrass. This unique blend is a sophisticated oolong tea inspired by warm ocean breezes, palm trees and tropical island flavors. The subtle addition of a little roasted lemongrass adds a base note for the coconut and mildly oxidized oolong to rise above.
How to Prepare Tropical Coconut:
Heat water (filtered if possible) to boiling or 212˚F, let it cool to around 190˚F (add a little cool water to the cup with boiling water to reduce temperature) and add one rounded teaspoon loose leaf tea per cup (apprx. 8 ounces). Infuse the tea leaves for 1-2 minutes depending on taste preference. May be infused 2-4 times.
