Shincha Fuji The Ultimate Limited Edition
This tea was produced focused on the unique invigorating scent of Shincha.
As with “Fuji The Ultimate”, our number one sold Shizuoka tea, this tea is made using only the first flush tealeaves picked carefully by hand.
After much trial and error, from soil improvement to production method, we were finally able to produce the tea that ensure maximum flavor of Shincha.
This tea is produced by “Chumushi”, a medium steaming, and has less richness and sweet taste than “Fuji The Ultimate”, but we believe it is the ultimate in Shincha’s unique aroma.
We offer this tea only in the season of Shincha because its unique invigorating scent is easy to vaporize.
