Smells like gingerbread cookies! Not too spicy (which, for you chai lovers, means it’s not spicy at all and very likely bland), the rooibos isn’t prominent, and it tastes like a well-made gingerbread. Perfect for me!

Another last pot! I do really enjoy this tea, though, and would certainly consider another tin of it…after I’ve tried some others on my wish list first, though!

I need a comforting hug. Tomorrow is going to be crazy, as is Friday and Saturday. So I’m drinking the closest thing I have to a liquid hug here at work.

This is my first cuppa today. Needless to say, it’s delicious and wonderful and scrumptious. And it’s been a crazy, crazy day.

This tea has a pleasant flavor but I’m still longing for a stronger ginger flavor. The chocolate in this tea takes a bit away from the taste for me.

Just got this tea on sale after the holidays — A whole box for $0.75, so I had to. Wasn’t too sure when making it, I’m not always a fan of more savory/dessert teas. This one is decent, a subtle spice that leaves the taste of gingerbread cookies in your mouth. I sort of have trouble drinking my whole 16oz tea thermos full of it, so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to finish the whole box..

I like the apple-y taste to this, but I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s hardly got any spice to it.

I ordered this for fun, and I have to say it is “fun”. A good little tea for cuddling up in the blankets and watching a late night movie. It is a bit sweeter than I like, and would probably not be a good iced tea. It is a good tea for guests and friends who are not big tea drinkers that do not want caffeine.

So I figured out a really good use for this! It isn’t the traditional way you use tea, but… I brewed a cup, left the bag in a bit too long to make sure the flavour was a bit stronger. Then… I used the tea as the liquid base to make oatmeal!
I used just plain oats, and it was a nice taste. I always make my own oat flavours by adding spices and fruits. This was quite wonderful and I am going to try making other teas into oatmeal bases to see how it goes.
